Pick Up & Drop Off Details

Campers attending Summer Resident Camp with their County 4-H Group should contact their local county 4-H agent with any questions concerning transportation, check-in and departure/arrival times.

Those campers visiting the Penn 4-H Center's Summer Resident Camp via Open Enrollment, please read the following instructions....

Arrival & Check-in Details:

Campers should arrive at camp at 2:00 PM on Sunday.  Check-in occurs near the main office and parking area, from 2:00 til 3:00 PM.  Please bring all completed forms to the check-in area, and be prepared to meet with the camp health specialist and administrator team. 

Departure Details:

Campers may be picked up at 10:00 AM Friday.  Please be sure to check that all items of luggage are picked up at this time, including medications.   It is camp policy that campers may only be picked up by the person or persons identified on the Consent & Release Form given to the Penn 4-H Center staff upon arrival.  If you need to make alternate arrangements, please do so in writing, well ahead of the official departure time.
