Stacy Burns, Center Director, has been with NCSU Cooperative Extension at the Betsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Center since 2007. Stacy began as an outdoor education instructor then became the Summer Camp Director and Food Service Director and for the past 5 years has served as the Center Director. Stacy received her B.S. Degree in Elementary Education and the Psychology of Communications from Keene State College in Keene, NH. Stacy also received a Masters of Teaching degree in Family and Consumer Science from NC Agriculture and Technical State University in Greensboro, NC. She can be reached at stacy_burns@ncsu.edu
